The house is in a charming, sunny spot perched on the side of a hill with views over the village. There is a lovely garden full of fruit trees, grape vines - sometimes tortoises come to visit.
To walk into the village is about a 10 minute walk and it's about 3 kilometres from the beach.
It is an ideal place for walkers as you would be just round the corner from part of the Lycian Way. The winter months are lovely as the house gets the sun for most of the day .
The only really bad month is January when it can rain quite a lot. The rest of the year is very seasonal.
February, March April and May are ideal for walking as the spring flowers are in bloom at this time and the temperature is perfect.
October, November and December are lovely for a winter break. November temperatures can be in the 20s as can December.
The house is air conditioned and very comfortable with new furnishings. It has two bedrooms one with double bed and other with two singles, there is also a put up bed and a large sofa the size of a single bed.
The kitchen has cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is a large shower and toilet and a outside a lovely balcony for eating meals.
The price is £150 / 170 Euros / 340 TL per week.
Transfer from Antalya airport can be arranged for you at a cost of £100 / 120 Euros / 240 TL return (not per person).
If required breakfast can be taken at our restaurant near the beach and we can arrange a pick up for you from the house.
Car rental can be obtained for around 20 - 25 pounds per day.
